Care Indeed was one of the exhibitors at the Adobo Festival held at the Yerba Buena High School in San Jose. Joining local events is one of the ways that Care Indeed serves and connects with the community.
The Adobo Festival celebrates not only the Filipino community but also people from all multicultural backgrounds. ‘Adobo’ in Tagalog translates to a famous Filipino dish made of pork marinated in garlic, pepper, laurel leaves, soy sauce and vinegar. Although founded in the San Francisco and Bay Area, the festival has started to branch out to different cities and even southern California. This annual celebration combines Filipino food and music as entertainment.
