When Dee and I started out in 2010, the priority was focused on survival - get clients, make revenue, and add value to our services. On our 2nd year, the priority shifted to growth - new business coming in the door, and the challenge to maintain that focus. As we enter our 8th year, we have opened ourselves to more possibilities - solidifying our brand as a major influence in the industry, and making this world a better place.
A slogan that I have come to believe is that “your company is only as good (or extraordinary) as your employees.” People are different, each with their own values and beliefs. To ensure Care Indeed’s continued success, I hire people who embody the mission of Care Indeed, employees who go above and beyond to see the company succeed and to make our clients happy. They are the ones who know what their purpose is, and that is to make a difference in other people’s lives.
I consider myself fortunate to discover the unlimited possibilities that life can offer. There have been setbacks along the way, but I've always been optimistic that Care Indeed will survive whatever comes our way. We have gone this far to give up on what we've set out to do. I know what my purpose is, and I have since made a commitment that in everything I do or say, I will continue to create a positive impact on others. I am no longer scared of what is to come. I may be vulnerable, but I am strong because I know why I am here.
Each day, Dee and I remind each other to remain committed to our mission: to be of service with integrity in our hearts. We are here to show our clients that we deeply value human life. We will do whatever we can to extend the best possible care, one client at a time. This is the tone that we have set for the culture of Care Indeed.
