What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy meeting and working with people. As a caregiver, I always aim to understand my client’s critical needs so that I can provide them the right support in a professional and friendly manner.

What drove you to begin your profession as a caregiver?

I have always gravitated towards the medical field and knew I wanted to work with clients offering care and support in some capacity. Through caregiving, I found joy and satisfaction in my professional and personal growth - interacting with clients daily and giving them the right care is rewarding.

How would you describe Care Indeed’s Culture?

The entire CI team is very supportive and understands what caregiver’s need in order to provide the best care possible to clients. The company’s core values include honesty and integrity and keep us together as a family. We are provided specialized training opportunities regularly that help us learn practical techniques about patient care and how to provide customized support while working for clients with different medical conditions.

Is there a golden rule you live by? If so, how did it help you improve your career?

My golden rule is to give it all you got and treat others the way you want to be treated. This philosophy  has helped me in my career and personal life by always trying my best at what I’m doing and growing with each experience.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I like to spend my free time with family and friends. I am also a sports enthusiast and like to play volleyball, and spend time with family and friends when not working or in school.

What do you think about being the employee of the month? Is there anything you want to share with your colleagues?

I am overwhelmed with happiness, and I believe my efforts are going in the right direction and making a significant difference in people’s lives. I want to say to my peers, "be your true self and support each client with compassion."
